Can you speak through a social messaging website / program? (teamspeak, skype): Teamspeak, Discord and Skype, sure.
Past Experience: I have developed many plugins for other servers, never really posted on spigot or bukkit though. I code in Java for plugins but I am also know HTML, CSS and a bit of Python.
Banned on any servers? If so why? (BE HONEST!) Yes, I am banned on Mineplex, because I was caught hacking like a year or 2 ago. It was fun whilst it lasted but today I don't have any clients installed.
What can you bring to QuartzNetwork: I can bring plugins. lol
